Weird 2 cents. Might as well go further and say photography ruins painter career since it's sooooo easy just push a button and take a picture.
Find ur niche first, do couple of volunteer or collab job to build up portfolio.
Unless u r really really good, most client will filter ur age and experience into consideration before hiring.
If u check subrreddit /Instagram, u be surprised how many thinks hiring bots or buying accounts are normal to them. I say just post whatever u want and don't worry about like count cause its likely not ur fault but insta weird algorithm.
Nothing wrong with that. On that note it's also true the other way around if they think the photographer is boring. That's the point of collab, both having mutual interest.
Just don't be a dick about it when turning them down. Too much honesty is also not a good thing.
