I am currently speaking with 2 different companies for multi day events. Both of them are 9pm to 10.30 pm for 3 consecutive days. I work with a second photographer.

  • Both of them require receiving a few photos for each day around midday or during breaks.

-One of them asks for all photos to be delivered on the next day.

-The other one asked for business portraits to be edited & delivered in each participant on site.

If you have encountered something from the above:

What's your workflow for something similar? Do you do zero editing and give the jpgs? Do you hire more people doing stuff?

Thanks in advance

I googled this event (annual) and I barely found mentions of it and zero pictures in the whole internet.

We will sing an NDA and they also asked to relinquish copyright. I'm talking with the event planner but to my understanding the client is a multinational company. Is this normal? What would you do?

I am a professional wedding photographer for a few years and only last year I got some inquiries for conferences. I started to regularly work for a university fair (biannual) and I ran some more ads and getting lots of leads. My question is, how do you charge for a conference (multiday, long hours) in comparison to a wedding? I'm not in the US so the actual amount I'm charging for weddings won't help here.

For example, for weddings i always have a second and I offer 10hour packages, I'm on a high pricing range in my area.

Not sure how I should deal with business events (also not sure if I should minimize my editing for those).

Thanks in advance!
