Zach Lowe is the perfect blend of numbers and eye test. He also conveys what he sees better than anyone else both through articles and in podcasts.

It feels like NFL media doesn't have as many blog bois. The NFL media guys are either journalists/reporters or analytics guys posting charts and numbers on NFL Twitter. NBA has stuff like this.

Wembanyama has only attempted 40 shots at the rim in half-court situations over his first 14 games, a remarkably low number for 7+ footers. in c/nba@nba.space

he is enamored of playing like a wing, which to me is the origin of most of his inefficiencies on offense.

It may be inefficient now, but this is why his ceiling is an all time HOFer. A guy that size with wing skills is unheard of outside of like KD who is much shorter.
