Instead of emails can you send texts with an easy way to cancel via text with a 1 or Y/N as reply? You could also add a note about cancellations may incur charges or something if that could help nudge them.

Google you are the product though. Their customer is advertisers. Apple sells products and services to their customers so it’s very different. There’s a reason Siri sucks compared to other assistants and it’s cause they aren’t using all your data to improve it. They anonymise it and privacy is a big thing with Apple. It holds them back but I prefer it. You have to pay for things that others offer for free then monetise your data.

Yeah it was. If you can do one I’d recommend it as it’s kind of hands on and you’ll do stuff like long exposure etc at night. YouTube also has heaps of stuff now I’m sure.

It’s definitely worth doing. I did an evening course once a week for about two months or so I think. You learn a lot. I even started doing sports photography work once I learned how to understand photography properly.
