I don't see people criticizing Bill the coach. They're criticizing Bill, the GM. And rightfully so. He's not a good GM. He could get away with poor GM decisions when he had Brady. Now, he can't. He is, perhaps, the best defensive coach of all time and one of the best football minds of all time. He is perhaps even the best coach of all time. But his mediocre to poor GM abilities are becoming too big of a problem now without an elite QB on a below-market value deal like he had for so long with Brady.

The Mannings don't want to make the effort to be in the same place together to watch the game and avoid the terribly awkward lag. So why should I make the effort to tune in?

The guests are usually uninteresting and just further detract from the game, which is the reason I'm watching in the first place.

I'm trying to watch the game, not listen to a bunch of vanilla late night show bullshit with fake laughs and childish 100% safe, unoffensive humor.

I just don't see what there is to like about it. Peyton and Eli grifted ESPN into paying them to live-react to the game every week, from their own house, and basically be ESPN's once-a-week Jay Leno. Good for them, I guess.

Half a season is ridiculous. Jags would have moved on from Lawrence. Bills would have moved on from Allen.

Half a season is 8.5 games. That's not nearly enough.

Agreed. There's still morons out there acting like Fisher ruined Vince Young and Shanahan ruined RG3. Whenever I hear that shit, I know I can safely disregard their opinions.

Agreed. And the mindless drones that boo him at the draft every year don't even know why they do it. No matter what Goodell does, he'll get hate because people just want to hate positions like that.
