Try EQing if something bothers you too much or try other sources, like with diff output impedance. Andros has that special sound that I can't hear from other IEMs. The only thing that matters is if you enjoy them. The resolution of the Andros is already top tier, you won't be missing much. It wouldn't be good for those looking for an aggressive sound though.

Yeah, found the OG to be brighter due to the lower treble peak. I tried the Emerald Sea and quite liked it — it's a warm IEM and has less treble, but it still has that reminiscent sound. It has better impact on the bass but still found it lacking on overall dynamics. However, that relaxing sound is what you should be after from an Andromeda.

That's not even a kilobuck IEM, that's a multi-kilobuck IEM and only limited in units.

How do you like the Anni?

U12t. It is my ideal target, it sounds so natural and right to my ears. I still appreciate other FRs but that's my ideal target.

Can you share something on the development of its design and form factor? It seems like it's bigger than the previous releases of Dunu.

Andros are veeeery cheap in the used market. Considering that they're really good at SRP before, the performance/price ratio is even bigger now that they're so cheap.

As much as there are a lot of good stuff being released now, they are still little improvements and things that sound good before will not just suddenly become bad.
