To conclude:

OP is special and lacks common sense, Focal could have done better better job marking R and L earcups

(But still, violently rotating earcups in the wrong direction and ignoring resistance + disregarding the fact that they are angled and different buttons on R and L earcups makes OP far from smart

Focal service is not bad, I didn't have anything broken yet, they respond to e-mails, inquires wnd suggestions in a timely manner

To all the people that say that Focal has awful build quality — Nuh-uh.

Yes, they are not built like dt1990, they creak, and do not exactly inspire confidence.

Would it be better if they didn't creak and were more robust? Yes.

But assuming you didn't get a QC issue/faulty unit and you are not the caveman that uses headphones to split rocks, provided that you used headphones in a normal manner and have been taking care of them they should be fine

I heard from multiple reviews and videos that Clear may be fatiguing if you are treble sensitive. I do not consider myself as such, but yeah, they are more fatiguing than my PC38x

And also being an open-back limits their sub-bass/bass perfomance

I have OG, MG should be good as well

Probably the most bass I listen to is like early Skrillex so take that into account
