Biggest issue with ACL recovery is quadriceps strengthening, because the knee is immobilized for so long and atrophies. The patella is embedded within the quadriceps tendon. The second injury was definitely a consequence of the first.

Obviously that would be very unlikely, but it’s good to see the guy still has it.

The New Orleans Saints are currently in shambles. The QB play and the coaching are awful. They are old in the trenches. Carr will probably start the rest of the season. He gives them the best chance to eke out a win on top of shit of mountain and be bounced at home in the first round of the playoffs. Because that’s how far his terrible progressions and poor pocket presence can take them.

Would I rather just see Famous Jameis sling it til they go 6-11? And watch the Falcons or Bucs take the honors of a playoff stomping by the Cowboys off their hands? Probably not.

  • Furthermore, Allen and Hurts were included for completeness. But obviously this completely ignores their passing contributions.

  • I started with 2019 because it gave a good sample size, and I specifically wanted to look at Taysom Hill. I am guilty as charged. These are TD leaders since then, or everyone with at least 25 TDs.

  • I included full earnings for 2023, though obviously there are TDs yet to be earned. This creates a bit of recency bias, but I wasn't about to calculate earnings through Week 8.
