Unless its custom mold that could sit properly in ur ear and not causing any pressure over the bony part of the ear (pinna), I believe most (if not all) iem will cause pressure induced discomfort/pain at the bony area of the ear over time.

Isn't it already shown it is a lossy format (aac)? Maybe because it's a preview of apple music lossy audio instead of the apple lossless audio codes?
It sell pretty well on aliexpress. My guess is KZ dont even think they could sell that much on aliexpress (international market) and so they dont have sufficient stocks ready for the orders on aliexpress (international market).
Plus, it flagged as a featured brands/shipped within 72hours on aliexpress, so I think its kinda proper for them to ask buyer to extend the shipping time, when they couldnt meet the shipped within 72hours criteria.
You can cancel order and get refunded immediately because the item is not shipped yet. If you changed ur mind after cancellation, then you can probably place an order again during black friday sales or 1212 sales.

Not sure but I think all solid state amplifier sound either neutral or bright (sound more detail, less bass also easier to hear sibilant if the music has any of it),
tube amplifier induce warmth (more bass, more distortion, reduce sibilant, more muddy), because solid state amplifier has lower damping factor than tube amplifier. The road to audiophile is full of myth...
