Allow me to introduce you to the concept of wearing two baseball caps, each pointing 90 degrees to the left and right, so as to shield your headphones from the rain. Now you are free to pick any headphones you like.

Tag Heuer never released a watch with the mercedes logo there. This watch is not genuine. It is a fake tag.

Have you tried a different tip on the left earbud?

I believe it is a cable with one end being 3.5mm and the other being 2.5mm. you can search for that or a sennheiser momentum replacement cable.

I am of the opinion a person's mood makes a far greater difference to what they hear.

No. If you turn it up too loud, it could. You are not doing this. Not even close.

There is an element of risk with headphones because it is common to turn them up too loud because more loud equals more enjoyment for most people, but you are clearly careful so they should respect that. A flat out "you will go deaf" statement that doesn't take into account what you are doing, serves no purpose, teaches you nothing, and in fact only makes you question their other rules.

Ask them if you will go blind from watching TV for 2 hours a day.

If they still work and sound the same, you can assume they are fine and have not been damaged.

If they work with a standard 3.5mm cable, using them with that would avoid all the hassle? Yes there would be a cable but it would never spam you with battery notifications as they would never run out of battery.

I don't see any other options I am afraid, if you want to keep using those headphones.
