I mean we good, but #1 in the power rankings seems a bit excessive

Can't double/triple him in a 1v1, gotta be Giannis

[–] Rithgarth@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Bum ass Jokic isn't even averaging a triple double, the man is WASHED

The Celtics off to their usual unsustainable hot start I see.

Where is Jimmy?

AD and Lebron got as much a chance of winning MVP as I have of making the NBA

Media hype my guy.

The Lakers are not terrible or anything but their miraculous turnaround post ASB was built on an absolute cupcake schedule and great injury luck. (Yes the Lakers were also dealing with injuries)

Here is a list of the teams the Lakers beat post ASB

Warriors (No Steph)

The Mavs (A team that missed the playoffs)

OKC (No SGA)

Warriors again (Good Win!)

Grizz (No Ja)

Raptors (Good Win!, but a play-in team)

Pelicans (No Zion)

The Magic (Missed playoffs)

The Suns (No KD)

OKC (Good Win!, but a play-in team)

The Bulls (Good Win!, but a play-in team)

T-Wolves (Good Win!, but a play-in team)

The Rockets (Missed playoffs)

The Jazz (No Lauri, or other starters)

The Suns (No Booker, CP, KD, Ayton)

The Jazz (No Lauri, or other starters

Now for the playoffs

Play In T-Wolves (Good Win!, but a play-in team)

Round 1, (Grizz with no Ja or Steven Adams, Bane was also hurt, and I think someone else good was out as well)

The Warriors (Actually impressive)

The ONLY healthy playoff team they managed to beat post ASB was the Warriors (Which is funny because that's also what happened in the playoffs).

Now I am not saying the Lakers turnaround at the end of the year wasn't impressive, it definitely was impressive, but they beat ONE healthy playoff team from the ASB until the got dogwalked by the Nuggets.

Y'ALL REALLY LET DAME AND GIANNIS TEAM UP LMAO

^((and even if we don't win it all, I'ma enjoy watching the Heat/Celtics get manhandled in the finals for a 4th time))

That Giannis guy seems pretty good

The 2016 ring and 3-1 comeback are the bedrock of his all-time case. Lebron fans might still have him #2 but that ring makes even Lebron haters have to acknowledge his greatness.
