the nba’s current broadcasting deals are so weird lol, it will be interesting to see what happens with the new deal coming soon. everything’s in a weird place right now. games being broadcasted in VR but only to a specific headset. can’t watch some games on the nba’s own subscription service. denver fans in denver can’t watch their own team play on tv without direct, etc. and they wonder why people stream games illegally… hopefully they can consolidate everything and make it so anybody anywhere can watch any game.

him being from Sac and growing up in the PNW is blowing my mind. his parents are both texans so the accent makes a little more sense, but still wtf. i’ve got a slight southern accent and people wouldn’t shut up about it when I was in portland for a wedding. can’t imagine what they’d say about his voice lol
If the right guy is available, why wouldn’t they? Building a contender around Wemby would realistically take years of development. Wemby’s biggest concern is his health and I think it would be in SA’s best interest to put out a competing team sooner rather than later, just in case.
Agreed with you on that. I just don’t see a world where Brooklyn wins more than 38-40 games. They have some real talent in bridges/claxton/johnson/dinwiddie, but there’s still ~8 mid tier teams vying for that play-in/playoff spot.

BOTW race going to be crazy. It should have been Michael Patrick Porkins by a mile, but his father giving oral was completely unnecessarily imo. Dark horse candidate is easily Taffy Lee Fubbins. Can’t forget Bart Harley Jarvis either, despite the aggression and the completely flat back of the head.
