there are also many disabilities that prevents one from driving. Meanwhile infrastructure that is safe for bikes would also be safe for mobility devices travel

if you don't mind setting up a bit, OBS actually also have a replay buffer feature to do that. It's a good software to have even if you are not streaming because of the virtual camera feature that let you share screen with very deep customization too.

it would require government intervention. Where a regulation must declare that ads must clearly be labelled as ads, so that adjustments can be made by detecting when is the ad segment happening.

for a once a year trip I would just rent. Same reason why you don't need to buy a truck because just in case you need to move, you jsut rent a U-haul for that occasion.

Just need to pair with enough transparency so that no one politician can own a business because the state owns it.

the leaker in question is about people like a qa tester or someone who got an early access review.

it's a weird case where it only uses steam API and does not hard check it. It attempts to check if the currently associated steam account is allowed to play it and shuts down if you don't, but does not do anything else if it can't detect an account (such as if you have no steam) and launch normally.
