No books but I found that having a running list at a fairly fine granularity was helpful. Then given a few hours I could say. 'which of these can I finish now' and knock one out. There are a few competing factors. I think many people starting businesses want to have an identity for the business. The problem is between AI and logo creation companies your target market is probably someone is has both money and a vision. I would think this is a smaller market. You could take the template approach and build your own logo generation tool with your own designs. But i would also consider how you can broaden your service to include add creation, email design, social deliverables, etc. Maybe even have a package price for things. Good luck.
