Sounds cool. I recommend reading the first few chapters of emyth. The rest of the book doesn't sound applicable. Good luck!

No books but I found that having a running list at a fairly fine granularity was helpful. Then given a few hours I could say. 'which of these can I finish now' and knock one out. If you can't complete an item on the list in your normal amount of work time -4-8 hrs the. It should be smaller. Good luck

There are a few competing factors. I think many people starting businesses want to have an identity for the business. The problem is between AI and logo creation companies your target market is probably someone is has both money and a vision. I would think this is a smaller market. You could take the template approach and build your own logo generation tool with your own designs. But i would also consider how you can broaden your service to include add creation, email design, social deliverables, etc. Maybe even have a package price for things. Good luck.

Rent them for people who need to move?

sell them for parts?

get artists to paint them then broker deals with buyers who are buying art?

Newsletter. Build an audience. Then monetize.

Everyone’s risk tolerance is different. I would have a well constructed plan before ditching steady income no matter how boring it is.

THIS 100%

I only spend about $350 bucks to do my business+personal taxes. I write down all the related costs and stuff and give it to them. It would take me HOURS to do it and I still wouldn't feel confident.

This seems like a chatgpt post with affiliate links and it looks like you posted the same thing in a ton of forums. Since this is an entrepreneur forum, how's this working for you? What's your end game here?
