Roon comes with good eq presets for audeze headphones.

The way i see it, good in build audio solution increases the ammount of money you need to spend to get better external solution.
That ammount of money depends on what headphones you have, how many and how expensive they are.
Do you need one: No.
Does dac amp improve the sound: Yes.
Sony mx3 - commute and audio books.
Hifiman arya v3 stealth - home listening for relaxing purposes
Kiwi ears quartet - serious gaming
Ie600 - home and office listening and casual gaming.
New dac and amp would for sure be an upgrade.
I know they are easy to drive but they are so detailed that amp and dac upgrade is worth it.
Mojo 2 is amazing dac amp.
If you some day decided to upgrade your headphones, then getting dac amp is a Good idea.
From mojo 2 to chord dave was quite a leap
Glad that you are happy but better amps are a thing for a reason.
Something like this is a good start but no means end game.
