This has always been a winner for me, book a nice restaurant or spa day or day trip activities or something during your travels.
Make a nice looking "ticket" or "pass" in Canva from a template and give them that on Christmas for bonus points!

I've tried this before in my shots of espresso, but I haven't noticed a difference. Are you getting more of the chocolatey notes or the nutty or the fruity ones?
