Hey OP, I'm linking an archive site version so that there's no pay wall, can you include this in the post text so others can read it in full?

Ya know... I thought about that later, too. Not sure about intentionally getting married to someone with a last name that fits your profession, though.

Because of this, I christen my cartridges by licking them.

Idk, seeing as it was created by separating from Virginia as to not be in the Confederacy in 1863 - that seems pretty cool to me
Hmmm... Both things involve bicycles... Maybe they're just magic?
Just got a new job with better salary, more vacation and is 100% WFH! I'm going to give my resignation to my current job this week - no longer do I have to deal with coworkers telling me I'm rude when because I'm wearing headphones because I literally cannot think or work if you're having a conversation behind me, Samantha!
I'm proud because it's taken me months to even find a company that would actually acknowledge my presence, plus I've been with this shitty job for years and I was beginning to think that I'd be stuck here until the market changed, but I'm glad that things are on the up for me :)
It might sound stupid, but sometimes (at least for me) I find joy in bringing others joy. I do my best to compliment strangers around me when I notice that they've done something special to make themselves look nice or if I really like a piece of clothing. I go out of my way to bring/send treats to my coworkers or friends when they have a special day coming up. It's a reminder to them (and to myself) that the world is what we make of it, so why not do what we can to make it better? Joy is not a zero-sum game - something that takes me an iota of effort to do can bring huge returns in happiness of others.
I figured that a lot of it was just padding after answering the question of what "how do you dress" means
