didnt he have an arrest after his rookie year where he almost killed himself and was on the roof naked of some hotel
he has to not have the arm strength of a high schooler
it is really strange because bijan is the type of guy you use to break a defense down over the course of the game. by using him as a decoy or like kamara in his rookie season (less than that) you minimize the benefits of his rare size/speed combo. i get not wanting to run him like zeke but they would probably really benefit from a workload like 75% of that
