US has ~0.4 % chance of the person living there.
That's not the point. They want the real identity so they can charge them and ask for coorporation of the country they are in to extradite to the US

Their math is off by an order of magnitude. The US has about 4.25% of the Earth's population, not 0.4%.

Edit: or do you mean the % formula?
"✊🏼 x pi" seems like a waste of good pi, and a real mess to clean up.
Wrist x Pi is not a thing in english? "Hangelenk mal Pi" is a german saying for a rough guess.
