Hey!

I was wondering what's the best way to close clients for your website development agency on-page. Since website creation requires you to actually get in touch with your clients (ask requirements etc), one way or another you need to get in touch. Here's what I came up with so far:

Initial contact:

- let leads book a call

- let leads leave their email address and you contact them

- let leads type a message + reply email

Then, further down the line, let's say you have someone interested, you could:

- jump on a call with them

- send requirements + offer back and forth via email

What is your favorite workflow and why? I think for the closing part call might work well, but something tells me that it's not the best way for initial contact. I feel like you risk the client not showing up or wasting your time in meetings. But what's the alternative really?

Thanks for your input!

yo! for initial contact, i've found that a simple form works well. it's low friction, and you can get a sense of what they want.

for the deeper convo, emails are solid to document stuff, but nothing beats a call for building trust.

cuz remember, people want to work with humans, not just forms. but i get the concern about no-shows. maybe have a brief screener or questionnaire before booking a call? it's like a filter, ensuring only the serious ones get through.

also, consider automated email sequences post form submission to warm up leads. keep it light, personal and value-focused. hope this helps! 👊🏽
