Jokes aside, vim as PID 1 is just a bad idea.

That's a great idea from GitHub user el-sloppo and Claude.

To be fair, I’ve seen this done a long time before LLM slopped everything, but I think they ran emacs as PID2 in that variation.

Anyway, good luck doing it in vimscript.
