This is what the VX gas from The Rock came in.
The crazy thing is that VX gas is real, and what the movie shows it to do isn't even half as bad as what really happens.
What exactly VX gas does?
It turns off your muscles' ability to relax and then you flex to death. Normally because you're no longer breathing.

I have had adductor/hamstring leg cramps in the past that were gnarly enough that my muscles bled. Big deep bruises coming up from underneath that looked like I had a broken bone or something.

How much time do I have to inject the antidote directly into my heart?
Atropine, Pralidoxime, and Diazepam within 12 hours of a lethal dose should help a lot. This is assuming that the exposure is less than the ceiling limit or the IDHL limits cause at that point it doesn't matter anymore.
