IDK if it's standard practice but every one of these panels should create a majority and minority report. The recent COVID pandemic report from Congress was laughable in its partisanship.

People climbed damn walls. Cops were hurt. Government buildings were occupied by forces waving a confederate flag. I literally saw it happen live on TV. They have been pardoned, fine, that's the law, but don't lie with a committee about what happened. Spend that money feeding homeless and I'll move on, or do as they are doing and show everyone they don't care about the cost of food.

And so many people that should have solidarity are being turned against each other AND falling into the trap of harboring anger toward other disadvantaged people.
