They’re in the same tier. Guards who are good enough to win a playoff series against a mediocre team but who aren’t good enough to be the best player on a contender.

With every year that goes by that Luka for Trae trade looks more and more like a fleece.
Conveniently leaving out he had 17 assists. We lost because of rebounding.
For a top player, Trae Young really does have common disgusting stat-lines. Such an inconsistent shooter

Honestly the 17 assists is so misleading... yea I'm a Trae hater but I legit don't remember him making hardly any nice passes, alley oops, etc. Hunter, Johnson, and Bogdan were hitting everything, even when contested and Trae got a lot of lucky assists out of those. It def wasn't what you would think in terms of playmaking for someone with 17 assists
Kinda sucks that we've thoroughly owned them for years now but all anyone's gonna remember is that one playoff series against Reggie Bullock, and we won't get a chance to set that right cause they're terrible and won't make the playoffs

Trae's passing is so damn elite, but he has been a god awful shooter. Damn it's bad. Had that huge game a few games ago and I thought that would be the beggining of a hot streak, but nope.
I really do respect a lot of this Hawks roster. Love Bogi and Murray’s games. I have 0 respect for the way Trae plays. Biggest foul merchant to ever play in this league.

If Trae Young had better shot selection he’d be a top 10 guy for sure. I really thought Quinn Snyder would be the coach that finally reigns him in and helps him learn how to take good shots but so far this year that has not been the case.
