Happy birthday man... Sorry I'd love to write a convincing and uplifting message but sadly today I don't fee tool great. Haven't really celebrated my birthday since I was 18... 31 now and I hang with people like once a year, my 30th was at home alone. Lots of anxiety and depression...
Hope you feel better soon though, message if you want, I'll want to listen! I can assure you I'm not too busy socialising instead! ;) Sounds boring and typical, bit go for a walk somewhere you haven't been... Give you some fresh stimulation, and you'll feel a little less trapped being stuck indoors.

Don't worry man, that's pretty much every birthday for me and Christmas. I do a lot of stuff but if you're single and don't speak to your parents... that's just how it is, unfortunately. Can be difficult at first.

Hey, I don't know if you have similar feelings to me when I was lonely like this. So this would be what I would tell myself during the darkest chapters.
Being lonely isn't a social failing, or an indictment on your personality. Social isolation is becoming a huge problem in a lot of cultures. I don't think it's likely that all these people are unlikeable or unlovable. I don't know an easy fix, all I can say is be public with your interests and your enthusiasm for those interests can attract the right people. Stay strong. it's not easy, but it's worth it.

New experiences will keep loneliness away. Go to a nearby city and try a new restaurant there after visiting some new place there. It’s all about perspective. These days if I get 3 days alone, I’d be very happy.
