Anybody who still thinks these judicial rulings from lower courts mean anything at all haven’t been paying attention at all for the last year.
Ah yes, the court rulings don't matter. That why the National Guard is still deployed in CA, because the administration ignored the judge, right? Kilmar Abrego Garcia is still in El Salvadore and not in the US, right?

Nah, I literally just randomed some dictionary words together until something looked acceptable.
Though, looking at the game I'm getting Jet Set Radio Future vibes from it (cellshading is a great art style imo)
Very good game and game modding scene is through the roof with custom levels, characters, and music. Give it a go.
Also the dev team released a teaser trailer for the sequel that is in development. Team Reptile on Youtube. Absolute mad lads did a spiritual successor and now they are doing it again.
Their prior games got same style too

Good luck on your adventure!! You will enjoy BRC and way more so the modding scene. PLUS the modding scene is multiplayer supported with up to 32-64 players at once. Play as Sonic/Mario/JSRF characters/etc/make your own character model. So much to do in it!!!
Also since I'm feeling extra giving check out Resonite on steam too playable in vr (Save for Steam Frame) and non-vr (Plays well even in non-vr, and very buttery on older hardware they are tech wizs). Its open source community-run and free game and game engine (optional paid storage to have more virtual storage space in-game). BRC and Resonite Youtube/Discord communities are popping off. Especially with all they are making in Resonite with all the systems in place for Awwdio (Audio), SFX, their programming language, and bunch of other things in dev. You can create/code/design/make assets/worlds/minigames/tools/etc within the game via the game engine within having to open a window or break the flow of the game. Really cool what Frooxius is doing with his team overall and what Molly is building with her Metaverse Academy

ICE created some internal rationalization that warrantless behavior was perfectly okay, and they were so sure it was legal that they hid it from everyone, including Congress, the Courts, and the Citizens, a sure sign that EVERYTHING is above board.
Supreme court reversal of this within a month.

Looking at how things have been handled over the past year and making an educated guess as to what will follow is not negativity, ita practicality.
While the positive part is that there was a ruling that adhered to the actual law of the US, being prepared for what comes next is the smart move.
Do not expect this to be enforced, expect it to be challenged in the farce that is the current Supreme Court, and prepare accordingly.

Judges ruled creating DOGE was illegal.
Judges ruled the DOGE firings were illegal.
Judges ruled the Venezuelan boat missile strikes were illegal.
Judges ruled the Epstein files must be released.
And still, nothing. Not just that, but everyone seems to have forgotten the US Martials are responsible for enforcing court orders and rulings. Have ANY US Martials been deployed to enforce these orders? Of course not.
