Helldivers 2?

It drives me crazy when Americans say "quix-ot-ic" instead of "kee-ho-tic". And "nitch" instead of "neesh" for "niche", and especially "foy-er" instead of "foy-yay" for "foyer".
I agree that quixotic should be pronounced the Spanish way, but I can't find any evidence the standard pronunciation is uniquely American. I never hear people say "nitch" in the states, most are capable of saying "neesh". And foy-er/foy-yay is kinda interchangeable, I hear both, doesn't really bother me though.
You can easily find people misspelling it as "nitch", indicating their pronunciation like Pompei limericks. Mispronouncing "foyer" really accentuates the twang and drawl, it stands out significantly for me.
The one I can't stand as an American is nucular when they mean nuclear. Fucking read the damn word as it is spelled! I know that doesn't always work in English, but this is one of the ones that does! Just WHY‽‽‽
Colonel and Wednesday have entered the chat.
"noo-cu-ler" --> "nu-clear"
"loo-tenant" --> "lef-tenant"
On the second one, we spell it Lieutenant not Leftenant the way the Brits do. That is possibly due to General Lafayette.
Lieutenant is pronounced Lef tenant.
Leftenant
Check your source. No one spells it that way.
Their pronunciation of mirror always gets me, "meeroar"
It's not strictly an Americanism but they sure like to say "bolth".
Can I axe you a question?
Article is about TES3: Morrowind and forever mods like Tamriel Rebuilt (focuses on creating mainland Morrowind and is somewhat close to their goals, can be played) and Project Tamriel (focuses on creating other provinces, currently in very early stages, with some little progress on Cyrodiil and Skyrim, not in a playable state).
Cyrodiil (Project Cyrodiil) and Skyrim (Skyrim Home of the Nords) are absolutely in a playable state, but those areas are very much betas and the rest of Tamriel doesn't exist.
There is like nothing to play.
You can traverse the majority of both maps, fight random spawns and talk to NPCs, in constructed cities, that have dialogue, trade, and occassionally provide quests.
Besides the dozens of standalone miscellaneous quests, Abecean Shores includes a full palette of faction questlines. Players will encounter some familiar factions from Morrowind, like the Thieves Guild, Fighters Guild, and Mages Guild, but you'll also find dynamic new factions, including the Itinerant Priests and the Kingdom of Anvil itself. Altogether, Abecean Shores includes over 160 quests, guaranteeing dozens of hours of playtime.

- 330+ interior cells, including the massive cities of Karthwasten and Dragonstar, towns, camps, and dozens of locations for you to loot in classic TES fashion.
- Specially-modeled exterior and interior assets to flesh out the settlements of the Reach, including Reachman camps, Direnni ruins, and ancient fortresses.
- New books, armor, clothing, weapons, and more.

What is your definition of "some thing to play"? When was the last time you even looked into those regions? Please don't go around spreading misinformation and devaluing the time, effort, and content produced by dedicated fans if you can't spare the time to keep up-to-date.
The game is Morrowind like always
It's the only really good game Bethesda made. They just kept dumbing down every single subsequent game they made.
They were on such a promising trajectory but then all their underlying values changed. It wasn't just the games that got crappier. They are a company I would never exchange money with today.
