It's stolen gas

Isn't this communism? Government run businesses?

[–] empireOfLove2@lemmy.dbzer0.com 6 points 23 hours ago

No, because there's "FREEDOM™" in the name.

lowering the price at the pump to $3.47 for our 47th President

Still more expensive than it was before the war lol

[–] turtlesareneat@piefed.ca 7 points 1 day ago

Also about as expensive as gas in LCOL red states and rural areas. The only thing this signifies is that high gas prices are here to stay, they're not going down again.

If Donald Trump had ANYTHING to do with these gas stations, I wouldn't even consider filling up there. Sounds like a great way to get water in your fuel tank and your credit card info stolen.

Okay, it says they're not collecting subsidies - how is this sustainable exactly?

Edit - oh I see it only has to survive until the midterms, while likely running other gas stations out of town. Brilliant plan.

Twenty of the stations are located in Pennsylvania, while five are in New Jersey

I'm sure that'll help people in Texas and Colorado.

Also: ewww, get that shit out of my state!

You can see why they hated Chavez so much.

Welp, one nice thing about living in this banana republic: we'll never be invaded by the US.

[–] SpaceNoodle@lemmy.world 28 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Nope, the gestapo has been invading US cities for quite a while now.

[–] grimpy@lemmy.myserv.one 4 points 1 day ago

& now we have the gastapo

[–] thesohoriots@lemmy.world 14 points 2 days ago (1 children)

That’s more than I paid at Costco, dipshits.

[–] numbermess@fedia.io 17 points 2 days ago (1 children)

"Then we'll just say Costco is a national security threat and must be closed to save/destroy it/us/them/whatever from communism (or whatever)"

The power of the People’s Hot Dog Combo has a mighty sway

[–] Kintarian@lemmy.world 9 points 1 day ago

Great, watered down gas at twice the price. I can’t wait. Merica!

Full of fuck-your-car ethanol, I suspect.

Come on, somebody has to have the “I did that” stickers and live near one of these.
