Need Clancy Brown in here.
TenForward: Where Every Vulcan Knows Your Name
/c/TenForward: Your home-away-from-home for all things Star Trek!
Re-route power to the shields, emit a tachyon pulse through the deflector, and post all the nonsense you want. Within reason of course.
~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.
~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.
~ 3. Use spoiler tags.
Use spoiler tags in comments, and NSFW checkbox for posts.
This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.
~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.
~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.
~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.
~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'
~ 8. No Political Upheaval. Political commentary is allowed, but please keep discussions civil. Read here for our community's expectations.
Fun will now commence.

Already there as an equally shady character.

I'm convinced Archer is just Sam Beckett from Quantum Leap, trying to figure out what he has to do to make the next leap and getting increasingly frustrated that all his ideas aren't working.
Proof:

Oh, I'd watch the hell outta that show! Can just see Archer stuck in Sam's shoes ..
He should never have let Zygy go
Yeah, but he'd be perfect for the badmiralship. So there are two people who happen to have extremely similar physical characteristics many decades apart - it's not like doppelgangers don't already exist.
Those people in the base meme are all actually played by jeffrey combs.

Why hire anybody else? I understand his Lwaxana Troi is amazing!!
Pics or it didn't happen... pwetty puh-lease? :-P

Omg this is so much worse than I could ever have imagined! Pure nightmare fuel.
...thanks! 👍

weyoun is a shapeshifter, it makes sense.
He could do that with a combadge:

The enemy can't fire phasers if you disable his hand.
Defending Section 31:

Sam Rockwell.
So long as he gets a dance number in there somewhere.

Admiral #6 Guy Fleegman
There's no way Tennant's hair in there is regulation. Shit they wouldn't even give Ro a religious or cultural exception for her earring! I'm pretty sure it drove her to terrorism if I recall correctly.
Bald Tennant is a bit too Lex Luthor.

Baldmiral Who.
His TARDIS is just the Guardian of Forever.

less powerful version, since the tardis cant travel between universes easily, or other realities.
It can typically, as discussed in season 2 or 3 when they accidentally end up in a parallel universe - but during the time war they closed off those paths or something? I dunno I haven’t watched those episodes in a year lol
yea it was the dalek that created the void ship, which was in the void between universes, so they weakened the barriers, then the cyberman followed the dalkes to the prime universe and used a combination of tech to fully break down the wall between universes, until the doc fixes it in the next epsiodes. at least they dint go full multiverse trope.
Nice man, you really know your Dr. Who
doctor 9-10,11 are probably the newer golden age of who, the recent ones just arnt that good(aside from the various villian arcs), i think it comes down to the showrunners, its either RTD or MOFFAT.
Nicholas Hoult is one of my all time favorite actors, but I will take Tennant in a frickin HEARTBEAT.
Michael's luscious locks were far more egregious than that in some seasons. I remember scenes where she is in hand-to-hand combat and her long hair is whipping around, getting in the way. No way that is practical.

Her hair didn't get long until some time after they'd jumped to the 32nd century. By then, I imagine a lot of regulations went by the wayside for the sake of recruitment. Though, I do still stand by your argument. Impractical to various faults.
I'm sorry, I can only accept Star Trek shows that are canon in this argument like The Orville, or Galaxy Quest.
Tennant good...but what if capaldi
Christoph Waltz
How about some Tim Robbins.
As long as it's crazy Tim Robbins from Pick of Destiny.

Charles Dance (who also would make an excellent Master in Doctor Who).
Brendan Gleeson
walken would be a headless horseman that keeps coming back to life.
glenn close would be like admiral neyachek, her role in damages is her being very indifferent when she goes after people,
Omg, Badmiral Simmons was the best thing I never knew I wanted
