Wouldn't surprise me one bit if years from now we find out that the US government purposely poisoned the incoming heroin supply with fentanyl to kill a bunch of addicts.

A friend of mine who works very closely with addicts was saying that the only thing that ever stopped the supply of heroin was the pandemic, closing the border totally choked our supply. Then the fentanyl started flooding the streets from hospitals and he told me that since then fentanyl has virtually replaced heroin for users and heroin is exceedingly rare.
All that shit’s mixed. There’s no conspiracy , just drug dealers being stupid.
A friend of mine was taking straight fentanyl pills. Addicted to them. The last one she bought was laced with Xylazine. It killed her.
Is that something that a tolerance builds up?

It does but either way the LD50 is way too close to the minimum effective dose for recreational use to be safe, exen if it weren't addictive.

I have heard even that isn’t risk free as you can just test a clean patch of your supply and miss testing the portion with the minuscule OD quantity of fent as it’s so potent.

They used a lit butane gas tank to light their cigarettes.
Not all drugs are equally dangerous. Fentanyl is one of the craziest ones. Look up how small the lethal dose is.
People don't use drugs for fun. They use them to treat physical and psychological pain. The solution isn't related to personal responsibility; that goes right out the window when you're desperate for relief. The solution is universal healthcare.

That's just plain wrong, many only use them for fun. If the solution to no one using drugs was universal health care then there would be no drug use in the many countries that has universal health care. The fact that you somehow didn't think of this makes it real obvious you have no idea what you're talking about.
