“Stephen Miller, on behalf of Star Trek, and everyone who knew and loved him, keep my Captain’s name out of your f–king Nazi mouth,” he wrote. “He despised you, and everything you stand for.”

For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.
Wil Wheaton being awesome as usual.
Carry on!
Yeah, that's fair. Stephen Miller should keep everything else out of his filthy Nazi mouth too, including atmospheric air.
Go on, Stephen: Hold you breath until we start liking your Nazi ass.
That would be similar to Hitlers last act of heroism before dying after living as the villain.
You have to hand it to Hitler, at least he killed Hitler!
If anyone had told me in the 90's that I would end up deeply admiring Westley Crusher and considering him one of my heroes, I would never have believed it.
In fairness, it's not new. Wil Wheaton has always been awesome. But this confirms his awesomeness.

His dice do NOT roll nat-20s, lol, not unless the goal is to roll low
The hate for Wil Wheaton has never been warranted. He was a child. He had nothing to do with the writing of his character (wish fulfilment Mary Sue / Marty Stu type of character for Gene Roddenberry).
I’ve been a fan of Wil since before I started watching Star Trek TNG as a kid, when I saw him in Stand By Me. Later in life I learned that he was a nerd, and was “one of us” much more than the other Trek actors. There’s really so much to love about the guy that at this point if you hate him it’s on you, not him.
His character's a bit annoying in like the first two episodes he's in, once the writers find their footing he's fine. He's not the only character that took a few eps to make sense.
Yep. Whill Wheaton has always been a pretty stand-up guy.
Wil is the fucking man, Patrick Stewart would be proud
DON'T shut up, Wesley!

Stephen miller should just not talk at all
Stephen Miller should just not breathe at all.
I like this option.
The Romans had a method for that. We just need pair of tongs and a white hot knife, may as well go all the way too and take his junk and eyes.
DON'T SHUT UP, WESLEY.

Westley Crusher: "Shut up, Stephen!"
The ancient Greeks had a good idea with Ostracism.
No need for a trial, or even an accusation of a crime. Just the population saying "this person is shitty and shouldn't be in the city/country" and they were kicked out for 10 years.
In some ways, their democratic system made a lot more sense than ours, TBH. They didn’t elect people to positions, because they thought that would lead to popularity contests dominated by the wealthy (🤔). Positions of power were assigned randomly by sortition (lots) amongst all the male Athenian citizens, they only voted on policy.
Yeah, that makes much more sense.
Especially because it was random, so in a room with 100 people, you're very unlikely to have a member of the 0.1%, so it's easy to decide that tax policy should be to tax the ultra-rich.
PBS did a special a while back where they actually rebuilt the machine used for selecting people. It was a lot like a modern dice tower where you'd pour things in the top and the machine would randomize it. But, instead of using dice, they used black and white balls, and one colour meant people were selected for the position, and the other one meant they didn't get selected.
Good. More. Bring public shaming back until these cretins scurry back under their rocks.
This one pisses me off. A lot.
Stephen Miller being a diehard Trekkie is one of life's great What the Fucks.
It's the military structure he likes. Everyone wears a uniform, everyone puts the uniform before themselves. It's all yes sir, no sir, Klingons decloaking off starboard sir. There is a clear structure of authority and everyone follows it without question. That is the part of Star Trek Stephen Miller likes. He's so blinded by the set and setting that he doesn't see the message at all. As far as he's concerned it's a space show about subordinates following their Capitan. Nothing more.
It's funny, I heard an interview once where Gene said he was writing morality plays, and hiding them behind weird alien make up so people wouldn't notice. I always wondered how anyone could possibly not notice until I read Hatemonger.
He's the one who likes all our pretty songs.
"Keep talking, Westley."
Fucking legend.
Based af
Wil Wheaton is the man. He should be on Lemmy. He was on Reddit, and we’d love him even more here.
Yes, Wil! Haha, yes!
That miller guy is scum and wants people to suffer, must have been abused and high ACE scores, so he wants revenge and to hurt others, to punch down as the gop, supernatural, military, and other controlling and dualistic groups work and indoctrinate. Trauma bonding is so damaging and unhealthy, yet it's treated as good and normal. Signs of a sick society that needs the truth. They let the ego and pain body control them and the result is senseless suffering. Many abused do not behave this way so there is hope.
I don't think Will could beat up many guys, but I believe Will could beat the shit out of Miller.
Where there's a Wil there's a way.
It's been a long road, getting from there to here
Love this man. Been enjoying his It's Story Time with Wil Wheaton podcast. He makes little audio books out of short science fiction stories by lesser known authors.
Always nice to see someone telling off the anthropomorphized cancerous polyp designated as Stephen Miller.
