Okay, take this however you like.

With ecommerce, listen to your first $5k. That says you've got something.

Think around the edges and you'll find ways to expand. There's a lot more money on the table. A LOT MORE. You've got this.

I have also recently started Forex trading

Cash out. Also cash out of any crypto. Spare money can go into a decent ETF that will treat you better.

Generally speaking:

  1. Too much buy in to founder mythology

  2. Thinking idea is everything

  3. Partnering with friends

  4. Not starting

  5. Thinking their personal brand matters

What's your product/service

Saas platform for publishing digital magazine apps for iOS, Android, and web reader.

What problem it solves / why it's better than competitors

Does all of the heavy lifting of magazine app publishing from creation to app submission to content delivery (from six continents).

It's better than the competition for a number of reasons. To start, pricing is flat rate and 100% transparent.

Second, six weeks of intensive training in the business of magazine publishing is included. We provide a blueprint for success that has been developed over a decade. Absolute novices can hit the ground running and blow their own expectations out of the water.

There are many others, but I'll close with this: Unlike the competitors, bandwidth usage, # of issues, downloads, readers, subscribers, everything is unlimited. Publish 4 issues with 400 readers, or 4,000 issues with 4,000,000 readers, and the price doesn't budge.

Who's your ideal customer

Someone with an eye for fantastic content, a willingness to put in the work, and an eagerness to learn.

Your Fortune 500 clients have legal departments. That's likely where the hesitancy comes from.

There is a lot of legal uncertainty about AI and AI generated content. The simple fact that AI generated images and text have zero copyright protections, for example, could put clients off.

The WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes were all over the news for months, and AI was front and center. Businesses see that and understandably have concerns.

Congrats!

Always nice to hit those milestones.

Ecommerce money spends the same as any other.
