Suicide comes in many different flavors. The most common in my limited experience is desperation. If you are so utterly desperate for literally anyone to listen to you, I don't see how it would hurt. Especially since there's such a positive stigma surrounding the hotline. I personally know a couple of people that the hotline helped.

If you have to explain the joke, it probably wasn't worth making.

Because the show writers are the same that wrote the game, last of us has a very strong advantage. They can't deviate from the plot and key elements because they are too invested in it. But they can change what they feel like is weaker, or wouldn't work as well in a show format. And its really noticable if you played both the game and the show. They've discussed how they already planned it to be a two season series, but they also mentioned if they have enough inspiration and they can figure out a way to make a third season that stays within the spirit of the story line, and they honestly enjoy it then they will.

With the first season being as good as it was, I have complete and utter faith in them.

Why the fuck is a landlord in charge of people's lunches?

Personally I feel like it happens less often. The Catholic Church really have a reputation. I've only ever heard 'altar boy' to mean a young boy who's being groomed and taken advantage of. I have no fucking clue what an altar boy really is.

Whoever it definitely still happens with protestants. Usually with youth pastors (surprise, surprise).

If you don't use YouTube, you're also screwing over the content creators you enjoy. You can cause harm to a company in many ways. Stop using a site prevents them from making money off of you. Preventing them from actively making money off of you while you're still using the site actively takes money away from them. It is double sided sword because you're also not actively supporting that content creator. However, if they don't have another platform to post on, you can instead buy merch, donate, or simply help the algorithm boost their content by watching their content.

I don't disagree with you. YouTube should no longer be a viable business. Something else should step in and rival them. But since that doesn't look like it's going to happen, I'll be happy running adblocks, and letting them not recoup their server and operation costs from me.

What about Severance on Apple TV? That one really got me too.

Literally about sweatshop type conditions, from the company that has to put antisuicide nettings around their factories.

Base YouTube is a cancer experience. I used vanced back when it existed. The second they shut down, I stopped using mobile YouTube and just used it on Firefox PC with ad block. When I heard reVanced was a thing, I downloaded it and it's essentially just like vanced.

I will never use YouTube without adblock unless they either change their monetization system, or ad system.

Hello neighbor might be good. I enjoyed the first one, the rest not so much. But I imagine a young kid would love it.

The cop said that their policy is to not serve uniformed military, not the bakery. The bakery claims it has nothing to do with being a uniformed officer or military personal, they just dont allow firearms in the building.
