Really hope they eventually realize how much it hurts the overall brand and real it back but I doubt it. Gambling is fine but it shouldn’t be promoted the way it has been. Makes people think it’s okay to act like an asshole

I don’t understand the point of these last 2 minute report other than trying to sympathize with fans for a missed call.
We have the technology to review these controversial calls remotely and quickly, not sure why we haven’t tried implementing modern strategies at addressing this.
I understand that referees are human and miss calls, that’s going to happen. But releasing a last 2 minute report and not trying to find ways of fixing the missed calls is baffling.

My biggest issue with stars not playing back to backs is the ticket prices. Whenever I go to buy tickets for a game, I’m always looking to see if the opponent or my home team is on the second night of a back to back or not. Cause if they are, I’m not buying until day of if it’s a game I really want to go to.
Injuries happen and that’s part of the game. But if I bought tickets to see this game, I’d be really disappointed to find out Jimmy sat out because of rest. Like, I get they’re doing what’s best for their health in the long run but as someone who doesn’t have a large fund for live sports, shits disappointing.
There needs to be more oversight with this shit. If I was the NBA I would be upset that ESPN is pulling shit like this and then gaslighting people that they weren’t wrong for doing so, they’re just sorry it confused you.
If we were to trade for Harden I feel like Morey’s asking price would be too high. He’s not worth trading Lavine plus multiple picks away for or even just Lavine tbh cause the point would be to bring him in to play with him. As much as I like Demar, he should be the one that goes.
I want to see the Bulls ride it out for a month or so before they make a trade. They looked bad in game 1 but that’s still just 1 game. I’m not saying they are going to bounce back but I’ll hold my criticism for atleast 10 games.
