I manage to pee without a penis. He, pee nis. Could someone who has one explain why he can't just sit on the toilet like we do and why it would cause incontinence?
But absolutely support the right of adults to modify their bodies however they want. For any reason or no reason. Hope he gets the result he's looking for.
Position. With a penis that small, there's no way to make it aim down while sitting. He would be peeing on the seat more often than not.
This. The first time I was with a lady, I was surprised how much lower things were. A ween that tiny would basically shoot at 90⁰ to the bowl. Probably be difficult to impossible to aim standing. Dude probably pees in the shower a whole lot.
I would think it's more for improving his ability to urinate cum. Like requiring people to put enough thinking power to it before calling him a perv for wanting an intimate life. Size is far from anything but this size would be very limiting.
