This is bad parody. If it was coming from an unknown source, I would think it is supporting the racist rumor, not making fun of the people spreading it. I could see JD Vance sharing this unironically, and that is a bad place to be
Eh, it made me laugh 🤷 and it spreads the word about the incoherent stuff coming out of Trump's mouth, because there's always an ignorant middle that doesn't watch debates or read the news.
I agree with spreading the news of the wild shit that comes out of all their mouths, but you have to be able to distinguish it from the shit they are spreading. I would not be surprised in the slightest to see this on Vance's twitter in support of his claim.

Funny political comment aside - As a European I only knew about the New York style before. Although usually with roasted onions. Which is a shame, because especially the Chicago one looks awesome! What is the filling in the Miami variant?

The meme itself is making fun of the very fake, very racist rumor being spread by the US right wing that Haitian immigrants in Springfield, CO are stealing and eating pets. I don't think it is successful in the parody here, though. If this was coming from an unknown source I would think it is trying to spread that rumor. The only reason I got that it was meant to be parody was the face that Chris is sharing it.
