You just sent my ADHD brain into the depths of my music library for 2 hrs. It's early morning and I have shit do do man, why would you do this to me? There are soo many I could list here, ranging from Dubstep to Drum and Bass, to Bass Music and Trap and almost every other kind of electronic music. Most Techno, especially Trance basically revolves around building up and dropping one big and epic drop.

Personal bias and nostalgia, but Rusko - Everyday (Netsky Remix) has to be one of the sickest bass drops of all time.

If we start listing Techno drops here, this thread would never end, so I'll refrain. Here's just one example: Space 92 & The Yellowheads - Planet X

The same is true for Wave music, but here's a taster: Deadcrow - GT1000

Disclosure, Eliza Doolittle - You & Me (Flume Remix) is a masterpiece in its own right. But this brass band live performance of the track restores my faith in humanity every time I listen to it.

Gonna have to go with My Chemical Brothers - Star Guitar for just the best bass drop in general. Like a whole new world. But it's not a headbanger or anything.

If you want even more high energy and never heard of Sweet Trip, (or in general if you haven't heard of Sweet Trip), I highly recommend it.

It's one of those bands that you gotta listen to before you die because there's nothing quite like them out there, even if you don't end up liking them, the fact anyone makes music like this is pure enrichment of the human experience.

Chemical Brothers - Under The Influence has always been my go-to system tester. The song itself is meh, but a good system will rattle your bones listening to it.

Oh man, I had that phase in my teenage years where I was absolutely obsessed with all that EDM music. My tastes are more varied now but I still enjoy those absolute headbangers.

The first thing to come to mind is "The Virus" by The Halluci Nation. I can't guarantee that I'm not misunderstanding the question or whether this will be to your liking, but yeah. It's got some heavy themes around Indigenous history and current issues, but shining through the whole song is a message of hope, pride and resilience, which only enhances the bass drop.

Are subsonics the bass sounds that are so low that you can't hear it but can feel it if the space is small enough?
