Gotta be Fultz. I’m a big Fultz guy but you are 100% right that Paolo plays better without him on the floor.
He’s up for an extension too, and still hasn’t gotten it. Kinda seems like the writing is on the wall.
Love him as a player but Black's emergence and Cole's willingness to be our 6th man and signing early has really pushed him out. I do think we should flip him.

I am Fultz's biggest fan (probably the only guy in New Zealand with a Fultz jersey), and he was the Magic's best player (and our best guard by a large distance) last season... but unfortunately he might just be the odd man out.
He's fallen off a cliff this season and I hope to hell it doesn't continue, otherwise it's an easy choice with Black's emergence

They're eventually going to trade at least 2 of them and Black looks to have the most upside so I doubt he gets moved any time soon. For now Fultz makes the most sense to trade since he's a free agent after this season and doesn't even try to shoot. I think Suggs gets traded down the line as well unless he learns how to shoot. He's a great defender but if they're building around Wagner and Banchero, who aren't good shooters, they need shooters on the floor with them. Cole may want to be a starter but I don't think there's many teams that would actually make him a starter and he can be a really good 6th man and with Black's size could play alongside him some as well.

I actually been following them this year and I feel like the guards actually play well together and they also are all different in terms of skillset. I wouldn’t trade any if they all bought in, which early it seems like they have
My biggest concern is that they have two premier #2 options. Franz and Paolo are fs future all stars but neither I feel will develop into a top 10-15 player.
With Palo and Wagner on the wings they don’t need a big time offensive center. This means upgrade at the guard position. They also need the guards to be able to shoot from 3. This would put Fultz on the block for an upgrade. He makes $17M and is expiring. The challenge becomes who can they target? Which team is going to be sellers and want to dump a guard.
Would Orlando want Anfernee Simmons from Portland or one of Utah’s bigger contract guards?? Maybe Tyus Jones from Washington?? I just don’t see a seller out there with a guard Orlando would fall in love with

I know it's early in the season and this post makes more sense now than it would when they are 25-37, but...
It's the Magic. They should take all the talent they can get. Figure out a rotation. This isn't a serious season in which they will actually be a threat to even win a playoff game.
Maybe build off last season and get to 37-38 wins overall.
Then start to make moves to fill needs like real teams do.
Cole Anthony is the most talented of the bunch. They should retain him.

Suns probably don't have the testicular fortitude to do it, but Fultz and Isaac for Beal would be ideal for both imo
