I read the headline earlier, with no picture, and thought yeah he always looks like a bloated orange monster that tracks.
Actually seeing the pictures all I can think of is the training I did on FAST, literally the F is for face drooping, that old mother fucker is having a god damned stroke...
It is even clearer in the video footage. A single picture could just be him grimacing in a single frame, but the video makes it clear that the droopy face is his actual resting face, which it wasn't before.
The hamberders are finally catching up to him.

He had an Adderall stuck in his tooth.
Literally every 79 year old has already had a small stroke of some kind. TIA they are called. He’s on soooo many meds. Shits his pants daily.
