My closest guess is that it's a tankie viewpoint. But I think the real answer is that it was just made as a joke. The gay/trans flags being on opposite sides and the UK being on both sides seems pretty on the nose.

This overall picture is def deliberate trolling, but there's a concerning amount of LGBTQ+ who would be willing to throw their trans siblings under the bus, and have even proposed removing T from LGBT. So like very much possible.
This is what happens when you abandon humanism and instead focus only on the rights of whatever clique you happen to belong to in particular.

Maybe that's the message. It's impossible to tell which is the good side. What has precedence, the flags or the image?
Overall, the left side could be the countries that are controlled by the US, which includes Cuba because of the embargo. LGBTQ is on that side because the logo was abused by the corporations whereas trans is alien to the US establishment.
