Comic Strips
Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- AI-generated comics aren't allowed.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

If you see disapproval then flip the bird and continue. If you see anything else wave and continue.
I don’t think you trust… in… your… self righteous singing time.
I cry when T A B L E S deserve to die
Not little Bobby Tables :(
I DON’T KNOW ANYMORE HOW TO HEAR ABOUT TABLES!
I’m very pro car singing.
I could be wrong but I think people underestimate how pleasant it is to see someone just having a good time. It always brings a smile to my face to see people doing things like this, or dancing, or some other joyful activity.
At a pub recently, a woman who was also queuing for a drink was bopping along to the background music, and she started singing a lil. I reflexively looked in her direction, which seemed to cause her to stop singing, presumably out of self consciousness. I was devastated that I had inadvertently impeded her ability to have fun.
I decided that I would start humming along to the music in a low key way, in hopes that she would feel less silly, and perhaps even think "the woman who looked over at me was just someone else who enjoys this song". After a few minutes, she started singing again. Maybe it was nothing to do with my actions, but I was delighted nonetheless.
There were no direct interactions between me and the singing woman. I received my drink and left the area. On reflection, it was a very British interaction
I caught a woman rocking out in her car in traffic and maintained eye contact until she saw me.
Then we both smiled.
The double takes I get when I heely across a parking lot fuel me. I gotta be nonchalant about it of course but sometimes I get a "YO HOLY SHIT" reaction and I gotta give em a shit eating grin.
If you can’t rock out in your car, where can you? As long as the windows are up and you aren’t rattling the neighborhood with bass, go nuts.
It’s a hell of a lot better than the woman I saw the other day having a loud argument on the phone with it connected to the stereo, with the windows open, at a stoplight.
The amount of times I've stopped myself from ordering an air vent Cymbal attachment so I could rock out harder should be studied...
♪ I know when it's coming and it's not a bad thing
You wouldn't hold back if you wanted to sing
You'd say: "Hey! Look over there!"
June salutes you with her oncoming glare ♪
(Yeah, that's Kim Deal joining in near the end)
SOAD mentioned?!?! I love SOAD :3
I think old age has hit me... I do this, windows down (though not too loud) and more than happy to make eye contact with people while I sing along. I've taken to smiling, thumbs upping good driving behavior, etc, since I feel everyone around me is miserable in 2025.
Alright gramma/gramps, I’m old too but if it’s not a residential area I’m driving through, you’d better believe I’m BLASTIN it (my car came with a sub, too)
…I’m also gramma/gramps because when I’m at a stop light next to someone with their window down or see someone talking on their telephone, I turn my sound down until I’m not near them anymore…
Yeah I like to whistle a merry tune sometimes when I walk past a person or two, because hopefully it encourages those two to too
Welcome to old age. It has its perks. Rock on!
For me, the best part of being old is that hopefully I'll be dead before the shit really hits the fan.
I was once rocking out to heavier shit I am pretty sure I sound like shit singing (specifically Animal I Have Become by 3 Days Grace) while on lunch in my work van just parked somewhere and a woman walked by and complimented me, which of course made me turn it off, roll my windows up, and become a turtle inside my jacket. You know, a normal reaction.

YOU WANTO
WHYD YOU LEAVE THE KEYS UP ON THE TABLE.
eh, the car itself is already recording you.
Ypu see that beautiful stick shift? I don't think that one's recording quite yet.
we do have some time to enjoy the older fleet while we have them, that's for sure.
another reason I love my 80s civic wagon.
Can’t say that and not post pics…
its kinda in pieces currently. planning full repaint and upholster. If I remember next time I'm over there I'll take some
Here’s my 1981 Corolla Tercel… it’s getting a burgundy coat of paint and some sick rims, among other things.
damn thats in nice condition. what did you take the photo with?
awesome. i didnt know these existed.

Don't bother being embarrassed for being yourself. Society has proven to be a bit shit, so why cater to how it thinks you should behave?
I still remember the time I got caught doing this in traffic as two lanes merged. The tow truck drivers next to me were definitely cracking up.
