I hate to admit the following, but I used to listen to the Adam Carrola podcast, and he interviewed Gavin Newsom back when he was lieutenant governor. He was a completely spineless douche, and listed Californians biggest problem as being access to banking accounts. I'm glad he's trolling Trump, but this guy isn't the answer. He had a huge party at French Laundry during the COVID lock down. He's a dick.
Speaking as a Californian I assure you none of us here believe a fucking thing that guy says he is a total douche nozzle.

Apple forced an update on iphones that auto-updated TikTok, which now has mandatory reporting of your geolocation (including SIM card and GPS info). This geolocation sharing can't be turned off in Settings like all other apps. It is greyed out for TikTok.
You think this is all coincidental?
On the one hand, I am anything but surprised by such a development. But at the same time, this also sounds like typical disinformation.
Is there someone in the US with an iPhone, who's willing to verify? Or, with a Android phone, who's willing to test if a similar thing is the case on that platform, too?

Go to Settings > Apps > App Store to turn this setting off.

This wasn't on my phone. I don't have TikTok installed on either my personal or work cell phone. It was on my wife's phone, which always has auto-updates turned off. She hates updates and never lets them happen. She woke up one morning and TikTok was updated with no way to turn that off. Two of her friends also complained that their apps auto-updated overnight.
I've seen plenty of tweets reporting that even remotely using the word Epstein is enough to get you flagged.
That must be a real headache for anyone who knows someone with the last name Epstein, even before you get to people who have that name themselves.
It's royally stupid.

The reasons why are probably rather "interesting"
There's definitely some "our team, their team" going on, but this isn't really the same thing.

This is not a criticism of the sale itself, but of reported censorship after the sale. Make no mistake, Newsom is still on the side of the billionaires. He just wants the billionaires to return to their progressive facade.
I'm pretty sure under Biden, it was a matter of Chinese control outside of US government control, not bringing it under US billionaires specifically. Now it's a political instrument of corruption and control, which is something different.

TikTok was controlled by a private company based out of Singapore, with investments from a host of international funds including both the US and China.
The "China is controlling our internet" narrative was always bullshit fear-mongering, fully disjoined from the actual business structure. What TikTok enjoyed that Facebook and YouTube and Reddit did not was a sufficient distance from US policymakers such that TikTok's policies weren't dictated by Western oligarchs.

Same with Covid shots, Biden and Kamala were essentially saying that they would not or would hesitate to take "Trump's Covid vaccine." Then, a month later they won, and then had no problem pushing it onto everyone because it was no longer "Trump's Vaccine," buy their own administration's. I can't be the only one that remmebers that.

Apparently this is global. What's happening to America is coming soon to your nations. Because the people playing The Game have no loyalty to nations or humanity. To them we are simply tools to be used for their advancement.
We all know war is coming and it should be genuine humanity vs all, world wide. The surveillance and dystopic technology is already in place. It's probably already hopeless... We know the goal for america that will then expand to other nations. That is new money, digital currency and or tokenized programs for allowences for food and goods, facial tracking, and digital tracking, everything logged and surveileved by ai as well as ai powered policing. Meaning there is no freedom and it will be illegal and impossible to live outside of this new "matrix".
This is the current goal and we know that evil is winning the race to get there. It's a rush to finish line because the winner will own the globe and all of its people. What's going on with ice and immigration is just a tool for them to trick the people into allowing these technologies. People are disposable to them and are easily written off. The dystopia is already here.
For anyone seeking info about tokenization and the digital changes I recommend watching some Whitney Webb talks. But remember don't get wrapped up in following others ideas as if they are rightious, always think critical and think for yourself.
