I feel like on a normal scale from 1-10 these would be like 1 and 2? So gonna assume this scale is actually 1-100 and I'd say like 75? They're entertaining in small doses, but I don't want to be around them full time.
There needs to be a Y axis we can't see, so from this angle it looks like 5 but both visible ends are zero.

I'd personally say any "Non-Creepy" amount of either hate or love of children occupies the range in the middle from like 3-7. Like 3 is a normal person saying "I hate kids" and 7 is a normal person saying "I love kids" and once you get past those you're getting into the "Should probably involve a prison sentence" type shit.
