I'm never ok about both "dildos" and "dildoes" looking wrong. I think it should be "dildi", at least that's funny.
Definitely not dildi, it is not a latin word. I guess it may be derived from some latin word, but that's uncertain: in most romance languages that is a neologism introduced from English.

No, that's not a Confederate flag.
It appears to be the ensign for the Russian National Guard Navy, but the symbol is used as part of other Russian flags as well. Maybe if someone can translate the text it would help.
The text directly above it says Noworossiya, so something like New Russia.
After checking wikipedia: its the flag of the New Russia party in the Russian occupied regions of Ukraine.
