I assume because they're being offered mediocre FRPs by a lot of decent teams, so why not ask for 2? He's an all-NBA level defender on a good contract that has shown he part of a champion.

Baltimore is a really good team that is fun to see on my TV. The Bengals are that good team that you're assuming will put it all together so it's kinda fun and kinda not quite there.
The Steelers are confusing.
