Nothing worse than seeing a person get injured during "garbage time" for no damn reason. I don't wanna see Devin out there pulling a hammy or whatnot just so he can get 40 while the Suns are up 20.

When the game is over, the game is over. I get it...it's a bit unfair that someone may not get their stats because they're winning so much! Again, these are professionals; let their agent make the case that their client may not be averaging X because on Y specific games they were yanked and only played Z minutes...

I think Russell's was harder to do as (with the help of Steven Adams) he was crashing the boards, starting his own fast break, and either driving to the basket or having the eagle eye to drop it off for the assist.....at a VERY high rate throughout the game.

I think Jokic's is the most efficient AND the most "...DUH" variation, as the offense runs through him and due to his offensive threat when the defense collapses he effortlessly pitches out to a team of snipers. WHen someone tries their luck, he just waltz to the basket, potentially drawing the foul, and making the opposing team groan.

And he obviously can grab the board with ease. No contest most of the time.

The system they're running is so damn good and he is playing his role so efficiently that only injuries could hamper him or the Nuggets.

Again, Russell's was the hardest. Joker's is the smartest. To see both in my lifetime is fucking amazing and I hope we don't discount either, as both were not hampering their team from winning.

The one thing that the NBA players rarely do is shit on another person's contract as everyone is in a UNION. Why mess up someone's money????

Why would LeBron say anything else then "....looks good to me!"

Shit, someone added me to their review which affects performance increases (that 3-5% increase of life). You think I wrote anything negative??? Sheeeeeeeit....not coming out my team's allotted funds!

"This person has done an extraordinary job...."

I love your post as it's a great question. I'll answer with this: When Lebron, KD, and all these other megastars do Pro-Ams and closed doors/limited capacity/camps/etc it's just...for fun. I remember last year hearing about Chet's injury occurring while playing against Lebron and my first thought was "WHERE WAS THIS???" They were just playing...for fun. I don't even think there was more than one clip of his injury shown at the time.

SO, I think of this like I think of my own damn job. If I'm on the clock doing work, it's work. If I'm asked by management to do work off the clock, I'm a bit mad, but I may still do it. I'm not volunteering to do it though - extra funding or "it's the life of a salaried employee".

If a friend though asks me to do my job for them...I'm giving them the advice and help they need. It's "fun" work to me at that point. My job is boring, but if you're wanting to know about it outside of my hours, I'm all for it.

I bet this is why someone like (insert popular NBA player) can't be bothered to do a 3x3 but signs up to represent their country. They can't be bothered to do the dunk contest but in warmup they're doing 360s with ease. Difference between fun and work.

It’s a true nothing burger. I still hate how it was perceived to be a good deal for the residents though.

Nothing related to MAPS has ever failed though

Look - if your spouse is almost not earning millions alongside of you, they're going to naturally reach that phase of ".....maybe I should just stay quiet until X"

Yet, they may NEVER reach that date in life as domestic abuse can turn deadly - or even suicidal for the abused party.

It's up to the DA to figure this one out, but I never take these things lightly.

I don't think it's Harden to OKC, but OKC getting the protections lifted from the Miami pick, and Harden going to Miami....with Dame punching the fucking air
