The only way to rapidly expand a workforce is to relax standards. So they're about to hire 20K loosers who couldn't make it as a cop.
And I don't even want to speculate about the calabre of person who would be attracted to that line of work.
The term "other individuals" term in there tells you everything you need to know. Right wing militias will be lining up.
There has to be a special breed of fucked up to become an ICE agent.

and where and how will they be trained? think about this when you encounter someone acting in alignment with ICE. you can't train that many people in that short of time and expect them to behave right
