I can make a bird! I can also make it move with wings flapping and cleaning its tail but lemmy won't allow me to upload the video!

You can convert to gif and embed like a regular image, at least in the clients I have used (Boost on Android and .world on Firefox)
i have seen people use peertube to upload videos and put a link in the commets

If you add a second hand (or get really flexible) you can give it eyes that move. It's 8am for me so no sharing, but my kids like that one. It's super creepy projected into the ceiling, too.
