Surprised there isn't a pokemon based on this. But then again, fairy types have always been neglected in the franchise.

I mean, that's not it. It's vaguely colored/shaped, but other than that, no similarities.

The claws and body plates seem like important features. I agree that the weird fish thing doesn't really look like it's based off this animal.

This is just indirectly the same joke as the guy who said sushi.

these things kinda freak me out tbh. they're all pink and cute and fluffy until you get to the enormous murder claws

Tiniest armoured wonder? There are over 10 000 known species of isopods, of which the vast majority is smaller that this crayfish-rabbit-hybrid.

[–] prenatal_confusion@feddit.org 5 points 2 months ago

But are they a certified wonder? And if so: who certified them? And who is behind big-certification?!

[–] flora_explora@beehaw.org 2 points 2 months ago

Haha I immediately had the exact same thought!

[–] Draconic_NEO@mander.xyz 1 points 2 months ago

I agree, the phrasing was poor since many arthropods easily beat this guy in terms of small size.

  • Don’t survive in captivity
  • Declining numbers probably due to cats&dogs
  • Probably soon a fairy tail :(
