I never see any celebrity stuff in the news. Maybe you should check different sources of you don't like their reporting?
I mean I check NYT or some political focused news sources (based in Germany) but still Celebrity headlines pop up at times and it kinda annoys me. Its more slight annoyance but I created this meme after such instance. This is obviously exaggerated but this is a shitpost so idgaf
